Dr. Odabashian completed their Internal Medicine residency in Ottawa, Canada and is currently doing a hematology/oncology fellowship at the esteemed Karmanos Cancer Institute, Detroit, MI, USA,  a premier center for pioneering phase 1 trials and innovative therapeutic approaches. As one of the select 54 National Cancer Institute-designated centers and a comprehensive cancer center, the institute has made major contributions towards a world free of cancer.

Beyond the realm of clinical practice, Dr. Odabashian exhibits an unwavering passion for harnessing technology to revolutionize the healthcare landscape. He is part of two physician angel investor groups that invest in and support early-stage startups in the healthcare landscape, including HaloHealth and HealthTech Investors. Having experienced the residency scheduling issues that can lead to errors and burnout, Roupen has dedicated a great deal of his efforts in raising awarenes around efficient scheduling and advocating for clinicians. 

Dr. Odabashian serves as the host of the podcast "Delta 𝚫." Through this platform, Dr. Odabashian engages in enlightening discussions with influential figures in healthcare. These conversations encompass a wide array of healthcare stakeholders, including researchers, policymakers, and forward-thinking startup founders.

Dr. Uli K. Chettipally is an emergency physician, researcher, innovator, and author. He is the Founder of Sirica Therapeutics, a therapeutic device company that uses robotics, VR and video gaming for autism. He is also the Founder of InnovatorMD and the Director ofFounder Institute’s Health Tech Virtual Accelerator. He has designed, developed, and implemented a clinical decision support platform that scans a million patients a year in the emergency departments, to deliver real-time guidance to treating physicians at the point of care, to improve patient outcomes in 21 hospitals at Kaiser Permanente in California. He received the "Pioneer Award" from Kaiser Permanente Innovations and the "Morris F.Collen Research Award" from The Permanente Medical Group for this groundbreaking work.He is the Past President of the San Mateo County Medical Association. Dr. Avi Orner is a strategic healthcare executive with extensive experience working with best-practice models across a wide array of industries such as clinical delivery ecosystems and platforms, insurance programs and workers’ compensation plans. In addition, Dr. Orner continues to practice within one of Canada’s highest-volume health network hospital systems, where he has also held leadership positions within the Department of Surgery and Family Medicine. 

Dr. Orner completed his medical education including residency training in Family Medicine at the University of Toronto and holds CCBOM certification from the Canadian Board of Occupational Medicine. In addition, he graduated as a Bregman’s Scholar from the MBA program at the Rotman School of Management at the University of Toronto, specializing in finance and consulting. He also holds a DESS in Insurance Medicine and Medicolegal Expertise from the University of Montreal and a BA (Honours) in Actuarial Mathematics from York University. Dr. Orner is a Certified Management Consultant (CMC), PMP certified in project management and trained in Lean Six Sigma (Master Black Belt) methodologies.

Dr. Fabio Ynoe de Moraes holds the position of Associate Professor and Clinical Investigator inRadiation Oncology, Global Oncology, and Innovation at Queen’s University and KingstonHealth Sciences Centre, located in Ontario, Canada. Dr. Moraes received his medical educationand training in Radiation Oncology at Hospital Sírio-Libanês in São Paulo, Brazil. His professional journey includes substantial experience at the University of São Paulo and Hospital Sírio-Libanês.

In 2016, Dr. Moraes relocated to Toronto, Canada, where he completed a three-year clinical-research fellowship at the prestigious Princess Margaret Cancer Centre, affiliated with theUniversity of Toronto. Prior to his current appointment at Queen’s University, Dr. Moraes wasinvolved in advanced clinical and research endeavors at institutions including Hospital Sírio-Libanês, Princess Margaret Cancer Centre, and Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Centre.Dr. Moraes is an important contributor to the field of oncology, with over 135 peer-reviewedpublications His work has been featured in esteemed journals including the New England Journal of Medicine, Lancet Oncology, Nature, and JAMA Oncology, among others.

In 2021, Dr. Moraes achieved a significant milestone in his academic career, earning a PhD inHealth Sciences with a focus on Applied Oncology from the Research Institute at Hospital Sírio-Libanês. He further augmented his expertise by completing a postgraduate degree in ArtificialIntelligence and Machine Learning from the University of Texas. In 2022, he achieved anotheracademic accomplishment by completing his MBA.

In addition to his academic and clinical pursuits, Dr. Moraes has demonstrated entrepreneurialacumen as the co-founder of LuminaMD, a platform striving to redefine online learning, andVerus, a company leveraging artificial intelligence for medical billing. He also held previousadvisory and teaching appointments on innovation and technological advancements inHealthcare.
Throughout his career, Dr. Moraes has remained committed to exploring the synergies betweenoncology, health policy, and innovation, continually seeking ways to advance the field andimprove patient outcomes and system performance.

Amirhosein Zolfaghari is an Experienced Engineering Lead with a demonstrated track record of leading cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products and solutions. With over a decade of industry experience, he brings a distinctive combination of technical prowess and robust leadership skills, fostering growth and innovation within any team he engages with.
Currently serving as the Engineering Lead at Taxmaro in Berlin and having previously held a similar position at DigiKala (the Amazon of his home country), he is dedicated to advancing product quality and user experience and elevating team productivity. Amirhosein played a pivotal role in guiding a 40-member team, comprising of software engineers, QA professionals, and project managers toward significant product impact in his latest role.
Equipped with a master's degree in business administration and management, Amirhosein is adept at leveraging agile methodologies and collaborative approaches to drive tangible results. Proficient at leveraging agile methodologies and collaboration to drive results, he is passionate about creating a culture of excellence and fostering a positive work environment where product builders and leadership teams are properly connected and informed to ensure everyone is on the same page.

Raul Rupsingh is an engineering leader and startup veteran. He graduated with distinction from the Computer Engineering program at the University of Waterloo and then went on to do a degree in Medical Biophysics at the University of Western Ontario. After graduate school, Raul immersed himself in the startup world and applying technology towards social innovation, adtech, massive multiplayer mobile gaming, wearables, as well as health and medical technology(PointerWare Innovations, ContextLogic, Ignition Mobile, A Thinking Ape, Muse, Akira Health, Swift Medical, BookJane, Engineering.com).

Akira Health was one of the first Canadian telemedicine startups, and was sold to Telus Health and now used across the country. Swift Medical is the world’s leading provider of digital wound care in the US and Canada, and Raul lead their engineering and security implementation to achieve SOC2 Type II and enter the enterprise Hospital market. BookJane is an award winning shift management and scheduling platform used by care providers across the healthcare continuum, and played a pivotal supporting role to pop-up clinics, PHUs and senior living throughout the COVID pandemic.
